At Hotel Cesarskie Ogrody***, the well-being of minors, i.e. the youngest guests of our hotel, is one of our priorities.
To ensure their safety, we have introduced standards for the protection of minors, which we implement in accordance with the law of May 13, 2016. on combating the threat of sexual crime and on the protection of minors and the United Nations guidelines. From August 15, 2024 This law imposes additional obligations on us, which we will be happy to inform you about before your arrival.
What does this information mean for you?
If you are traveling with children, you should be aware that you will be asked to show the child's identification (ID card, passport or ID card) as part of the admission process. Regardless of this requirement, we recommend that you take these documents with you - in many other cases, due to your trip abroad, you may be asked to present an ID card or passport.
If you are traveling with minors who are not your children (e.g. grandchildren, children of friends), we recommend that you take with you documents confirming parental consent for the minor to remain in your care. A sample authorization can be found at this LINK.
During your stay, we will also refrain from maintaining the room or carrying out any technical work if a child is in the room without an adult accompanying them.
On the hotel side, we also ensure that all hotel employees receive regular training on the standards applicable in our facility for the protection of minors, including responding to cases of child abuse. At the same time, we have required all companies that cooperate with our hotel to comply with our youth protection standards.
